We operate a busy chiropractic clinic in Florida and receive a high volume of new patient
leads from social media marketing and online campaigns. We are looking for a Spanish-
speaking Virtual Assistant / Appointment Setter whose primary role will be to follow up
with leads and convert them into scheduled appointments. The ideal candidate is
comfortable making outbound calls, sending SMS messages, and consistently following up
with potential patients until an appointment is booked.
Call new leads who expressed interest in visiting the clinic
Follow up multiple times with leads who do not answer
Send SMS and email messages to encourage appointment booking
Schedule patient appointments using our online booking system
Send appointment reminders to reduce no-shows
Maintain organized records of leads and follow-ups
Re-engage leads who previously showed interest but have not booked
Communicate professionally with patients in Spanish and English
Be comfortable making 40–60 follow-up calls per day
Fluent Spanish (native or near-native)
• Good spoken and written English
• Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking with patients
• Experience with appointment setting, sales, or customer service
• Able to follow up with leads multiple times via call, SMS, and email
• Organized and able to track leads and follow-ups carefully
• Comfortable making 40–60 calls per day
• Reliable internet connection and quiet working environment
• Available to work during U.S. Eastern Time (America/New_York) business hours
