### **About the Role**

We are seeking a **highly detail-oriented Senior HR Administrator / HR Operations Manager** who will serve as the **central point of contact for all HR, onboarding, and operational activities**.

This is a **mission-critical role** responsible for ensuring flawless execution across onboarding, compliance, consultant communication, and client-facing operations. You will be the **face of our HR and operations function**—interacting with both clients and consultants daily.

### **Key Responsibilities**

* **Onboarding & Compliance**

  * Manage end-to-end onboarding of consultants

  * Conduct and track **background checks, documentation, and compliance requirements**

  * Ensure **100% audit readiness at all times** with zero missing or inaccurate documentation

* **Client Interaction & Operations**

  * Act as a **primary point of contact for clients** for day-to-day operational and administrative needs

  * Handle requests with speed, accuracy, and professionalism

* **Consultant Management**

  * Maintain **regular communication with consultants**

  * Proactively check in, resolve concerns, and ensure a smooth engagement experience

* **Timesheets & Documentation**

  * Oversee **timesheet management and approvals**

  * Maintain **precise, error-free records** across all systems

  * Ensure **no documentation gaps under any circumstances**

* **Communication & Outreach**

  * Communicate clearly and confidently with candidates and consultants

  * Conduct **cold calls to candidates for new opportunities when required**

### **What We’re Looking For**

* **Experience**

  * 5+ years in **HR Operations / HR Administration / Onboarding / Staffing Operations**

  * Experience working in a **staffing or consulting environment** is strongly preferred

* **Attention to Detail (Critical)**

  * Extremely detail-oriented with a **zero-error mindset**

  * Proven ability to manage **high-compliance environments and audits**

* **Communication Skills**

  * **Exceptional American English communication skills (spoken & written)**

  * Confident on calls with clients and candidates

  * Comfortable handling **both warm and cold conversations**

* **Ownership & Reliability**

  * Takes full ownership of responsibilities

  * Highly organized and dependable

  * Able to handle multiple priorities without dropping the ball

* **Work Hours**

  * Must be willing to work **US Central Time (or close to it)**
