What You’ll Do

As a Staffing Specialist, you're the engine behind every event. Your days are built around finding the right people, getting them confirmed, and making sure every tournament and showcase is fully staffed and ready to deliver a great experience. You'll be deep in outreach, primarily text-based, managing a pipeline of candidates across multiple events at once, keeping our staffing database organized and current, and solving last-minute coverage challenges without missing a beat. You'll work closely with our Regional Operations Managers and Staffing team, and your impact will be felt every time a family walks through the gates of a Prep Network event.

Core Responsibilities

Source & Secure Talent: Conduct high-volume outbound outreach (primarily text) to recruit non-managerial event staff (admissions workers, flex workers, security, athletic trainers, and more) for assigned tournaments and showcases.

Lead the Candidate Journey: Manage end-to-end communication for non-managerial staff, from initial outreach and onboarding to pre-event confirmations and post-event wrap-up.

Database Management: Ensure our staffing database has accurate, up-to-date leads, as well as records of confirmations, attendance, and performance.

Be a Team Player: Collaborate closely with Regional Operations Managers, the Staffing team, and shared services to keep operations running smoothly. We're growing quickly, and no job is too big or too small.

Must-Haves in a Candidate

- Fluent in both written and spoken English with clear, professional communication

- 2+ years of experience in a recruiting, staffing, customer service, data entry, or administrative role

- Comfort with high-volume outbound outreach (text) in a volume-driven role

- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and a passion for clean data

- Ability to manage multiple parallel priorities and deadlines independently

- Comfort solving last-minute staffing “puzzles” without constant supervision

- Experience with Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Calendar)

- Reliable internet and ability to work an 8-hour shift between 10am–6pm CST

Nice-to-Haves in a Candidate

- Familiarity with Slack, Asana, or similar team communication and project management tools

- Background in youth sports, events, or hospitality, with an understanding of why great staff are the key to a 5-star guest experience

- Experience working within an EOS/Traction environment

- Strong technical aptitude and comfort learning new systems quickly

- Experience supporting U.S.-based customers, candidates, or companies

Compensation. Targeted salary is $1,200 - $1,400 per month.  The starting salary will depend on the skills and applicable experience you bring to this role. 

Contract Details

- This is a contractor role (not a U.S. employee)  

- Paid monthly, on the last business day of the month, via Wise

- The expected schedule: 40 hours/week during the listed hours
