We are seeking a proactive Startup Business Administrator to lead key initiatives and work directly with our founder, who holds an MBA and has over 20 years of business experience, including ownership of businesses generating over $30 million in revenue.

Job Responsibilities

Human Resources:

• Write job descriptions

• Develop applicant evaluation processes

• Make job offers and onboard new employees

Technology:

• Implement new technologies and business applications (SAAS, CRM, Bookkeeping, Payments, etc.)

Management:

• Create and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

• Establish oversight and management systems

Job Requirements

Other considerations:

• Salary range depends on the skill of the candidate.
• The job is remote and asynchronous with some flexibility in hours: Ideal candidate would be able work synchronously in the morning Eastern Standard Time (EST/New York), with other hours determined on a more flexible basis between the founder and candidate.
• We have experience hiring on ProsMarketplace/Remoteco previously and have long term employees that have been hired here.
