Student Education Coordinator

Full Job Description

We are a US-based truck driver training school. We're hiring a remote Education Operations Coordinator to support our education team on day-to-day academic operations. This is a full-time  role for a detail-oriented, English-fluent professional based in Latin America who can work U.S. Central business hours.

You will work with dozens of students every week to help them successfully complete their school and training. 

This position is ideal for someone who is high energy and enjoys helping others achieve their goals. 

Job Responsibilities

• Interact daily with students to assist them through the education process
• Maintain student records, enrollment data, attendance, and progress in our student information system 
• Prepare and format reports, rosters, completion documents, and internal tracking sheets
• Support scheduling for classes, instructors, and student cohorts
• Assist with learning management system and curriculum/course setup and upkeep
• Organize and file documentation to support accreditation and program compliance (working from templates and checklists we provide)
• Handle recurring administrative tasks that keep the education team moving

Job Requirements

What you need

• Fluent written and spoken English (this is required — you'll communicate daily with a U.S. team)
• 2+ years in an administrative, operations, or coordinator role
• Strong attention to detail and comfort with repetitive, accuracy-critical data work
• Confident with Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and web-based software; quick to learn new tools
• Reliable high-speed internet and a professional remote work setup
• Availability during U.S. Central business hours
• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly

Nice to have

• Experience with a CRM, student information system, or LMS
• Background supporting a school, training provider, or regulated/compliance-driven business
• Familiarity with U.S. education or workforce training operations
