Surplus Funds Recovery Agent

Full Job Description

We are a dedicated team of Foreclosure Advocates working alongside attorneys across the United States to help homeowners recover surplus funds after a foreclosure sale.

Job Responsibilities

• Research and identify homeowners eligible for surplus funds from mortgage foreclosures.
• Use skip tracing techniques and PI software to locate potential claimants.
• Act as a caller/closer, converting leads into successful surplus fund recoveries.
• Collaborate with team members to improve strategies and maximize recovery success.
• Apply a variety of sales techniques to assess and engage potential clients effectively.

Job Requirements

• MUST speak English and Spanish.
• 1-2 Sales experience, preferably in real estate.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills in both English and Spanish.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Understanding Probate/Intestate Succession is a plus.
• Experience with skip tracing and PI software is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
