We are looking for a full-time Talent Acquisition Coordinator who is confident communicating with people, enjoys connecting with new candidates, and is highly organized.
This role is heavily focused on communication, candidate screening, interviewing, and helping identify strong talent for our team.
Pay: $5-7 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time

• Detail-oriented and consistent with follow-ups
• Comfortable working independently and managing time effectively
Key Responsibilities
• Communicating with new hires and job candidates
• Screening applicants and conducting initial interviews
• Scheduling and coordinating interviews
• Following up with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Managing social media messages related to recruiting
• Creating and posting recruitment-focused social media content
• Helping identify and attract strong talent for open roles
Job Requirements
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Comfortable speaking with new candidates and conducting interviews
• Ability to schedule and manage multiple interviews efficiently
• Experience or comfort using social media platforms for recruiting
• Basic content creation skills for recruiting posts and messages
• Strong organizational and communication skills
