We are looking for a motivated and people-oriented Recruiting & Communications Coordinator to join our rapidly growing team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys connecting with people, communicating with candidates, and helping identify strong talent.

Pay: $7-10 hour + Bonus
Schedule: Full-Time
• Communicating with job candidates and new hires
• Screening applicants and conducting initial interviews
• Scheduling and coordinating interviews with leadership
• Following up with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Managing social media messages related to recruiting
• Creating and posting recruitment-focused content on social media
• Helping identify and attract high-quality talent for open roles
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Comfortable speaking with new candidates and conducting interviews
• Ability to schedule and manage multiple interviews efficiently
• Experience or comfort using social media for recruiting
• Basic content creation skills for recruiting posts and messages
• Strong organization, communication, and follow-through
