We are currently in search of a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Executive to become an integral part of our team. The primary criterion for consideration is a substantial background or a comprehensive grasp of Forex and trading concepts. In addition, previous involvement in phone interviewing or phone sales roles is strongly preferred. Of utmost importance is the ability to project impeccable telephone etiquette and to consistently meet monthly KPI targets.

As a prospective candidate, your pivotal responsibilities will encompass conducting interviews and sales calls across a spectrum of diverse programs. Adeptly managing a substantial influx of daily applications and effectively delivering multiple program pitches are essential components of this role. Your skill in multitasking while engaging in telephone conversations will be put to the test. This position also necessitates diligent management of prospects within our CRM system, coupled with ongoing reporting through Excel. Seamless collaboration within the Talent Acquisition team and cross-functional synergy with other departments are integral aspects that underpin the role's success.

While a background in phone interviewing/sales or recruitment is advantageous, the crux of the requirement revolves around a solid grasp of trading and Forex intricacies. Familiarity with CRM systems is deemed advantageous. The traits we hold in high regard include exceptional interpersonal dexterity, adaptability, and a robust work ethic. Fluency in English is indispensable, and proficiency in other languages would be an asset.
