Full Job Description

  •               Multifunctional Support: Assist across business areas including janitorial services, real estate operations, Sales and personal executive tasks. You will work with sales department 70% of the time.•               Confidential Administrative Support: Draft emails, update CRMs, manage records, handle secure documentation, and organize digital files.•               Task & Team Monitoring: Track tasks assigned to team members, follow up on deliverables, and ensure deadlines are met.•               Meeting Management: Join meetings, take accurate notes, and manage follow-up action items.•               Calendar & Scheduling: Oversee business and personal calendars, coordinate meetings, reschedule calls, and assist with time management.•               Compliance & Discretion: Handle all business matters with the utmost confidentiality and security.•               Reporting: Provide timely updates, suggest workflow improvements, and support company-wide accountability.•               Project Support: Assist with ad hoc tasks or special projects that fall outside the regular scope of duties.   QUALIFICATIONS: •               2+ years of experience as a Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Project Manager•               Excellent written and verbal English communication skills•               Strong multitasking and organizational abilities•               High attention to detail, discretion, and follow-through•               Technologically proficient (CRM, Google Workspace, Zoom, task tracking software)•               Ability to work independently with minimal supervisionCOMPENSATION & WIORK SCHEDULE •               Hourly Rate: $5.00 USD per hour•               Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM CST•               Lunch Break: 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM CST (1 hour)
