Job Responsibilities

Client Requirements:

• Must be able to work 20 hours weekly
• Must be able to work any 4-hour block between 9am and 5pm Eastern Time (US)
• Must have strong written and verbal communication (must have a personal touch when communicating with customers and must be able to listen to what people want and need)
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities independently
• Must be interested in Holistic Health (the client will give you courses for you to take, and you can become a coach later on!)
• Must be tech-savvy

Job Requirements

Responsibilities/Tasks:

Must-Have Experience (Responsibilities You Must Be Proficient In):

These are the tasks the VA needs to handle independently and confidently from day one:

Content Creation, Social Media Management, and Strategy

• Help Jennifer create and manage a social media strategy for Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
• Identify the case studies and the themes from Jennifer's client success stories
• Assist in marketing efforts, including submitting events online, reaching out to Veterans Association, creating landing pages and collateral in WordPress, and pitching speaking engagements.
• Manage and oversee all aspects of social media pages, including content posting and engagement (with comments, community & new followers)
• Monitor social media metrics, analytics, and review statistics
• Utilize Jennifer's writings and videos to create content for social media and marketing purposes.
• Create Canva documents
• Help make presentations pretty in Canva
• Build a target audience list and help Jennifer get in front of the right audience
• Help Jennifer create (write & design) newsletters using Fluent CRM
• Assist Jennifer in designing and creating ebooks and other materials

Administrative Support:

• Answer customer issues
• Help organize Jennifer’s schedule 
• Assist in tracking Jennifer’s tasks through Trello
• Update Jennifer’s website (via WordPress and the WordPress plugins Jennifer uses: WooCommerce, LearnDash, Fluent CRM)
• Post blogs in Jennifer's website (Jennifer provides the content)

Nice-to-Have Experience (Responsibilities You Can Learn Over Time):

• Assist in lead generation activities
• Support paid ad deployment and tracking (Meta Ads)
• Assist and support SEO initiatives
• Help Jennifer come up with marketing campaigns for her events

• Create funnel automations
