Tech Virtual Assistant (VA)

Full Job Description

Hello! Thank you for your interest in this job. We’re looking for an enthusiastic, highly-motivated Tech Virtual Assistant to help us manage our tech stack and related systems.

We help people resolve their chronic fatigue, & Long Covid by finding & fixing the real root causes of their symptoms naturally, so that they can live the life they deserve. If this feels like something you can be passionate about, then please apply.

COMPANY: EnergyMD

WORK HOURS & SCHEDULE: Monday – Friday 8-4 PST

WORK DURATION: Long Term, 40 hours per week

HOURLY RATE: $5-7/hour to start based on experience and interview. We provide regular raises based on performance.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Update & maintain all aspects of our GoHighLevel CRM (website, funnels, pages, emails, etc.)
2. Email & Affiliate Management in GoHighLevel
3. Update and maintain automations in Zapier
4. Manage and troubleshoot any software issues
5. Video editing for online course, podcast
6. Graphic design and creation
7. Data entry for analytics reporting
8. Podcast management and posting
9. Research needed to figure out the best way to do something
10. And any other support needed for the business

THE RIGHT PERSON FOR THIS JOB WILL:

1. Have attention to detail
2. Be able to follow specific, detailed instructions
3. Be organized
4. Be able to think critically and solve problems
5. Be optimistic
6. Be committed to excellence
7. Be comfortable asking questions when you get stuck (as we all do :-).
8. Have excellent written & verbal communication in English.
9. Have good internet upload speeds for uploading videos to the web.

BONUSES & raises based on the following Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

1. Tasks accomplished by their due date
2. Great communication and avoidance of making assumptions
3. Overcome and resolve tech challenges/issues in a timely manner (generally within 48-72 hours depending)
4. Videos edits are processed & uploaded in 48 hours
5. SOPs are followed and updated when processes have changed
6. Solutions are always presented alongside with the challenges you encounter
7. Questions are asked for clarity and mistakes decrease in frequency over time
8. You respond to your emails, asana tasks and phone calls in 24 hours (even if it’s just acceptance of the task and letting the person know you’re going to get back to them)
9. You make recommendations on how to automate our systems better 
10. Responsibility taken for tasks and their outcomes
