We are hiring a performance-driven Threads DM Sales Manager to convert viral social media engagement into booked high-ticket sales calls.

This role focuses on Meta Threads, one of the fastest growing social platforms right now.This is NOT a content role.This is NOT customer support.This is a revenue-generating sales position.You will manually convert comments and DMs on Threads into qualified booked calls using structured scripts and qualification frameworks.You will work directly with the founder and be measured strictly by performance:• DM conversations started• Calls booked• Deals closed• Revenue generatedIf you are not comfortable qualifying, disqualifying, and handling objections, this is not the right role.Compensation• $600–900/month base (depending on experience)• 4% commission on all closed deals you originateOur offers range from:$8,000 – $50,000 per clientTop performers consistently earn:$1,500 – $3,000+ per monthThis role includes long-term growth opportunities for high performers.

Job Responsibilities

• Monitor Threads posts daily• Respond quickly to comments under viral posts• Move interested users into DMs• Follow structured DM qualification scripts• Identify serious prospects• Handle objections confidently• Book qualified sales calls• Track daily metrics and KPIs• Maintain CRM accuracy• Submit performance reports. • Target performance: 20–40 qualified calls booked per month

Job Requirements

• 3+ years experience in appointment setting or DM sales• Experience converting leads from social media comments or DMs• Strong written English• Comfortable qualifying and disqualifying prospects• Confident handling objections• Sales-driven mindset• Performance-oriented• Highly organized• Comfortable working weekends during peak posting days• Stable internet connection and professional setup
