Full Job Description

We are hiring a performance-driven TikTok DM Sales Manager to convert engagement into booked sales calls.

This is NOT a content creation role.

This is NOT customer support.

This is a revenue-generating sales position.

There are no automation systems in place.

This role requires manual engagement, proactive outreach, and strong sales instincts.

Your job:

• Turn comments into conversations

• Move conversations into DMs

• Convert DMs into booked calls

• Properly qualify prospects

• Generate revenue

Our offers range from $8,000–$50,000 per client.

Compensation:

• $600–900/month base (depending on experience)

• 4% commission on all closed deals you originate

• Top performers consistently earn $1,500–$3,000+ per month

This role requires daily activity and weekend availability during peak posting days.

If you are not comfortable initiating conversations, handling objections, and qualifying prospects — this is not the right role.

Job Responsibilities

• Monitor TikTok comments daily across posted content

• Engage strategically under videos to drive conversations

• Initiate conversations with qualified prospects

• Move interested users into DMs

• Follow structured qualification scripts

• Handle objections confidently

• Book qualified sales calls

• Track daily KPIs (DMs started, calls booked, revenue generated)

• Maintain CRM accuracy

• Submit daily performance reports

Job Requirements

• 3+ years experience in sales, appointment setting, or DM conversion

• Experience engaging and converting leads on TikTok

• Strong written English (C1 or higher)

• Comfortable qualifying and disqualifying prospects

• Confident handling objections

• Performance-driven and metrics-focused

• Organized and detail-oriented

• Comfortable working evenings and weekends

• Stable internet connection and professional setup
