Job Summary: 

• Respond to customer service phone calls – some shifts over the weekend, most during the week.
• Answer incoming customer service phone calls
• Make outgoing customer service calls and emails
• Occasionally, record videos and create instruction of how we do things.
• Identify issues and trends that customers are saying, doing, etc.
• Many other items that will likely come up down the road...

• Has previous Customer Service experience
• Has amazing attention to details
• Able to very quickly learn new software and programs (we use probably 20 different applications).
• Must have a good computer and a reliable and fast Internet connection.
• Has a backup plan for when the power goes out.
• Can solve problems independently.
• An “A+ player”Works well with the rest of our team.

• Be positive, solve problems, and connect positively with our customers.
