We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior Transaction Coordinator to oversee and manage residential real estate transactions in Florida from executed contract through closing.
This role plays a critical operational position within the organization, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency throughout the transaction lifecycle. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and capable of managing multiple transactions simultaneously while maintaining clear and professional communication with all parties involved.
The Senior Transaction Coordinator will be responsible for reviewing and managing Florida FAR/BAR contracts, addendums, disclosures, contingency timelines, and closing documentation. Strong knowledge of escrow processes, title coordination, and lender communication is required.
The position also requires proficiency in digital tools and systems, including MLS Matrix, CRM platforms, Gmail, Outlook, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams, OneDrive) to ensure seamless documentation management and workflow organization.
Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken) is mandatory, as the role involves daily communication with agents, clients, brokers, title companies, and lenders.
