Full Job Description

We are seeking an ambitious and energized individual with experience in real estate to support our fast-growing land investing company. Key responsibilities include managing bulk mailing campaigns, analyzing market comparables, coordinating transactions, and collaborating and outreach with stakeholders via email, phone, and text. Prior experience in real estate data analysis and transaction coordination is highly preferred, as it aligns perfectly with the skills we’re looking for. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and capable of supporting the land investing process from start to finish.

Schedule:

Full time: Monday - Friday (8am PST to 4pm PST).

Pay:

Hourly wage ranges between $6-$10 (depending on experience) with a strong performance bonus for each completed transaction after a 90-day probationary period.  Four transaction bonuses can easily double monthly wages in any given period.

Job Responsibilities

• Use Excel and advanced tools to pull, scrub, and upload bulk data for mailing campaigns.
• Assist in data cleansing and market selection to ensure accurate targeting.
• Optimize bulk mailing campaigns to maximize response rates by analyzing comparables.
• Provide full support with transaction coordination from start to finish.
• Collaborate with all stakeholders, including real estate brokers, to expedite sales.
• Maintain detailed records of transactions and ensure compliance with procedures.
• Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and sales efforts.
• Provide administrative support for various operational tasks as needed.

Job Requirements

• Experience in real estate is required; experience in land investing is preferred.
• Experience with working with large sets of data and ability to use excel is required. 
• Familiarity with bulk mail marketing campaigns is preferred, but not required.
• Familiarity with transaction coordination process is preferred, but not required.
• Familiarity with platforms such as Launch Control or REI Reply is preferred, but not required.
• Exposure to (some form of) real estate marketing is preferred, but not required.
• Detail oriented with natural problem-solving capabilities and analytical skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and supportive nature.
• Energetic, ambitious, and fast learner.

• Minimum PC/Laptop processor: Intel Core i5 gen or equivalent.
• RAM: 8 GB or more.
• Noise-canceling headset with clear microphone.
• Reliable internet (minimum 5Mbps) with internet backup.
