Job Responsibilities
What You’ll Be Doing
Design user-centered, conversion-focused web experiences
Create user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI designs
Design responsive layouts for desktop and mobile
Collaborate closely with WordPress developers and project managers
Prepare clean design handoffs in Figma
Apply UX best practices for usability and accessibility
Iterate on designs based on feedback and project goals
Follow and maintain design systems and brand guidelines
Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience as a UX / UI Designer
Strong portfolio demonstrating UX thinking and UI execution
Proficiency with Figma
Solid understanding of UX principles and usability
Working knowledge of HTML and CSS (layout concepts such as divs, spacing, responsiveness — no coding required)
Ability to design developer-friendly, buildable layouts
Good English communication skills
Reliable availability during U.S. business hours (PST overlap preferred)
Big Plus - Nice to Have
Experience working with digital agencies
Experience designing for WordPress websites
Familiarity with design systems
Experience with SaaS or e-commerce projects
Basic understanding of front-end constraints
