The Sales & Intake Virtual Assistant will support the daily operations of Many Ways Car Rentals and Travel Services. This role handles new customer inquiries, messages from the Turo platform, private rental requests, and website leads. The assistant will communicate with customers, prepare invoices, complete reservation intake forms, and ensure smooth coordination between renters and our team. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with high customer interaction.
Respond to customer inquiries through Turo, website, email, WhatsApp, and social platforms • Process new reservations and complete customer intake forms • Prepare PayPal invoices for private rentals and tour services • Manage scheduling for pickup and drop-off appointments • Communicate pricing, vehicle availability, and company policies to clients • Assist with Turo claims intake (photo review, documentation, message drafting) • Track daily bookings, cancellations, and revenue notes • Maintain accurate communication logs and escalate urgent issues • Support marketing tasks such as posting ads or replying to leads • Ensure professional, fast, and friendly customer service at all times
Experience in customer service, sales, or virtual assistant roles • Strong written communication skills in English (Spanish is a plus) • Ability to manage multiple chats and tasks at the same time • Basic knowledge of invoicing (PayPal or similar) • Familiarity with Turo or ability to learn the platform quickly • Reliable internet, computer, and quiet work environment • Ability to work independently and follow instructions • Strong organizational and multitasking skills • Availability during U.S. business hours (PST preferred)
