Full Job Description

The VA Sales Outreach Agent builds and maintains relationships with Veterans Administration and institutional buyers, helping expand Rehabmart’s national presence and meet 2026 sales-growth goals. This role focuses on outbound calling, lead nurturing, and CRM management, working closely with the Sales & Marketing team to convert opportunities into lasting accounts.


Job Responsibilities

  • Make daily outbound calls and emails to VA Procurement Agents, Contracting Officers, and institutional buyers.
  • Present Rehabmart’s product offerings and assist with sourcing, product selection, and purchasing needs.
  • Support quoting and follow-up processes in coordination with the Outbound Sales & Growth team.
  • Record all outreach activity, notes, and outcomes in the CRM to maintain accurate data.
  • Execute targeted outreach campaigns for VA, healthcare, education, and government segments.
  • Collaborate with Customer Service, Quotes, and Vendor Relations to ensure accurate information and smooth customer experiences.
  • Share feedback from VA contacts to improve messaging, promotions, and customer support.
  • Stay current on VA procurement processes, GSA/VA Contract updates, and institutional other contract requirements.


Job Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, outbound outreach, or customer-facing roles involving regular phone calls (healthcare or government experience preferred).
  • Excellent spoken and written English; confident communicating with U.S.-based VA and institutional contacts.
  • Comfortable making daily cold and warm outbound calls, handling follow-ups, and navigating call resistance.
  • Experience using CRM systems to document call activity, notes, and outcomes accurately.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable with follow-ups and daily activity goals.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently during U.S. business hours.
  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to U.S. healthcare and government procurement processes.
