🔍 About the Role

We’re looking for a driven, resourceful Vendor Manager to take charge of building and maintaining our vendor network. This person will own the full vendor lifecycle — from sourcing and screening to onboarding and ongoing support. If you're a sharp communicator with strong sales instincts and a knack for finding solid people, this is your lane.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Source qualified vendors using platforms like Indeed, Craigslist, and others
  • Create and post effective job listings to attract the right vendors
  • Conduct initial interviews and vet candidates for skill, reliability, and professionalism
  • Manage the onboarding process — get vendors set up, trained, and ready to go
  • Maintain vendor records and ensure profiles, certifications, and insurance are up to date
  • Act as the main point of contact for vendor questions, updates, or concerns
  • Collaborate with operations to make sure vendor supply meets demand

  • Experience recruiting or managing subcontractors, tradespeople, or third-party vendors

  • Tech-savvy — you can navigate platforms like Indeed, Google Workspace, CRMs, and internal systems
