We are looking to hire a video editing specialist with experience in AI avatar creation to create a high-quality, realistic digital avatar using the CEO’s face and voice for professional social media content. This is not an experiment. The goal is a polished, trustworthy avatar that can be used repeatedly to produce short-form and long-form video content for platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok. If your work looks even slightly uncanny, robotic, or gimmicky, this is not a fit.

Scope of Work

- Create a custom video avatar that accurately reflects my facial expressions, posture, and tone

- Clone my voice with natural pacing, emphasis, and clarity

- Advise on best content practices. Content will be provided by us.

- Set up the workflow so I can generate videos by simply providing scripts

- Deliver sample videos (vertical + horizontal formats) for approval

- Ensure output quality is suitable for professional brand authority content

Requirements

- Hands-on experience creating custom AI avatars (not stock avatars)

- Experience with platforms such as HeyGen, Synthesia, D-ID, ElevenLabs, Play.ht, or similar

- Experience producing avatar-based content for social media

- Real examples of AI avatars you’ve created

Deliverables

- Fully trained AI avatar (face + voice)

- Clean setup for ongoing video generation

- 1–3 sample videos demonstrating quality and realism

- Simple usage instructions for internal use

- Experience working with founders, CEOs, or thought leaders

- Understanding of short-form video best practices
