To support this mission, we’re seeking a Video Production Specialist to help meet the growing demand for high-quality, engaging video content across social media, websites, and digital campaigns. This role is ideal for a creative visual storyteller who understands how to craft compelling narratives through editing and motion, and who thrives in collaborative, cross-functional creative teams. From quick-turn social clips to polished promotional videos, you’ll play a vital part in bringing ideas to life through video.

What You’ll Do

As a Video Production Specialist, you will collaborate with the design and content teams to produce engaging video and visual content that supports our digital marketing efforts. Your role spans from editing short-form social content to producing testimonial videos and client-facing materials.

Responsibilities:

• Social Video Editing – Produce short-form content for platforms such as Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts

• Video Production – Edit and finalize videos such as testimonials, company overviews, and event recaps

• Motion Graphics & Visual Enhancement – Add graphics, captions, transitions, and branded elements to enhance storytelling

• Graphic Design Support – Occasionally create supporting assets for social media, email campaigns, or digital ads

• Content Collaboration – Work with marketing strategists and designers to ensure videos align with campaign goals and brand tone

What You Bring

• 1–2 years of video editing and production experience (agency or freelance background is a plus)

• Proficiency in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar

• Experience producing content specifically for social media (TikTok, Reels, Shorts, etc.)

• Understanding of visual storytelling and marketing-driven content strategy

• Bonus: ability to design simple social media graphics using Adobe Creative Suite or Canva

• Knowledge of digital marketing principles and paid social media best practices

• Excellent communication skills and a can-do, collaborative attitude

• Ability to manage projects independently and meet production deadlines
