Full Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Administrative Assistant to support a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This role is critical in allowing the BCBA to focus on high-impact clinical work by taking full ownership of administrative responsibilities.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, scheduling, and appointment coordination
  • Handle email inbox organization and communication
  • Prepare and organize client documentation and reports
  • Assist with data entry and maintaining accurate records
  • Coordinate with team members, clients, and stakeholders
  • Follow up on tasks, deadlines, and action items
  • Support onboarding and administrative workflows
  • Maintain systems, trackers, and internal organization


Job Requirements

  • 2+ years experience as a Virtual Assistant or Administrative Assistant
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication
  • High attention to detail and ability to follow systems
  • Tech-savvy (Google Workspace, spreadsheets, task management tools)
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative

Bonus (Nice to Have)

  • Experience in healthcare, ABA, or working with BCBAs
  • Familiarity with EMR systems or clinical documentation
  • Experience with automation tools or process optimization
