We’re looking for a tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to help manage our short-term rental operations and marketing systems. You’ll be working with tools like (but not limited) Go High Level, Lovable, ClickUp, and our channel manager to:
Build and update landing pages, funnels, and email workflows
Manage leads and contacts in the CRM
Coordinate with cleaners, maintenance teams, and guests
Assist with OTA (Airbnb, Booking.com) listing updates and optimisation.
We’ll provide all software and training — you just need strong communication skills, attention to detail, and confidence using tech platforms.
Type: Remote Full-time (long-term)
Experience: Go High Level / CRM / marketing automations preferred
Marketing & CRM
Build and update landing pages and funnels in Go High Level and Lovable.
Create and manage email sequences, automations, and workflows inside the CRM.
Track and update leads — whether they are potential guests, clients, or landlords.
Maintain the CRM to ensure all communications and deal stages are current and accurate.
Assist with ad campaigns and lead follow-ups (email, SMS, or WhatsApp).
Property Operations
Collaborate with cleaners, maintenance teams, and operators to coordinate property readiness.
Handle guest communication and issue follow-ups when required.
Support in listing optimisation on OTAs (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.) — pricing, descriptions, and photos.
Keep records of maintenance requests, bookings, and updates via ClickUp or the channel manager.
System Optimisation
Help streamline automations between software: Go High Level, Channel Manager, CRM, and OTA platforms.
Suggest improvements to funnels, guest journeys, and landlord lead flows.
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, ideally in property management, marketing, or short-term rentals
Strong knowledge of Go High Level (or similar CRM/automation platforms)
Ability to create landing pages, funnels, workflows, and email sequences
Experience using channel managers (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.)
Confident managing leads, guests, landlords, cleaners, and maintenance teams
Organised and detail-oriented — able to manage multiple projects at once
Excellent written and spoken English communication
Comfortable with ClickUp (or similar task/project tools)
Tech-savvy — able to learn new software quickly
Reliable internet connection and availability for daily updates or calls
