As a Virtual Assistant, you will perform various tasks like:
Creating Social Media Content and post regularly to all social media platforms
Outbound calls to new patients and scheduling appointments and making reminder calls/email
Outbound calls calls/email for missing payments
Prepare staff performance report
Planning personal meeting and meeting notes and follow-up
Manage all Incoming Leads (Call/Email/Text) to book through Calendly
Scheduling bill payment reminder
Skills required to excel at this position:
Excellent phone communication (American English and Spanish)
Bi-Lingual
Portfolio of social media content previously created
Quick learner, detail-oriented, and organizer
Advance Excel and desktop skills
Technology experience is a plus
