Responsibilities:
1. Booking Management using Booking Koala:
- Adjusting and Managing Bookings:
- Regularly update and manage the scheduling of cleaning services.
- Make adjustments to bookings as per client requests or operational needs.
- Creating New Bookings:
- Handle new booking requests efficiently, ensuring all relevant details are accurately captured.
- Maintaining Booking Records:
- Enter detailed notes in bookings for cleaners, ensuring clear communication and understanding of each job's specific requirements.
- Keep a meticulous record of all bookings for easy reference and management.
- Customer Interaction:
- Interact with customers for booking confirmations, changes, and inquiries.
2. Lead Management using Go High Level:
- Lead Follow-Up and Funnel Management:
- Follow up with new leads, guiding them through the sales funnel towards conversion.
- Utilize Go High Level’s features to automate parts of this process where applicable.
- Re-engaging with Older Leads:
- Identify and re-engage with leads that have not converted, using tailored strategies to reignite their interest.
• Cold calling leads promptly and professionally.
• Follow up with leads, providing information about our services, understanding their needs, and attempting to close the sale
• Follow up with previous clients that have used our services.
- Campaign Management:
- Assist in the creation and management of marketing campaigns within Go High Level.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide insights for optimization.
3. Social Media Management:
• Create engaging and relevant social media posts to promote our services and engage with our online community using Canva
4. Communication Using Slack and Openphone:
• Facilitate effective communication between our cleaning team members and clients. • Assign cleaners to specific jobs, considering cleaner availability.
• Conduct interviews with Hispanic cleaners and assess their qualifications and suitability for our team.
• Handle customer complaints with patience and professionalism, finding appropriate solutions to ensure client satisfaction.
• Respond to customer inquiries promptly, providing accurate information and assistance.
Requirements:
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a must.
- Excellent phone etiquette and comfortable with cold calling.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proactive problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in social media management and content creation is a plus.
- Prior experience in a similar role or customer service is advantageous.
