Responsibilities:

• Phone Maestro: Answer inbound sales calls with flair and make follow-up calls like a pro.
• Sales Superstar: Present our cleaning services to potential clients with enthusiasm and a sprinkle of charm.
• Customer Care Whisperer: Handle customer inquiries on various communication platforms, turning frowns upside down.
• Appointment Magician: Assist in scheduling appointments and site visits, ensuring everyone's calendar is full of smiles.
• Wordsmith Extraordinaire: Craft emails that are so clear, they could teach a dictionary a thing or two.
• Friendly Face: Be the warm and welcoming first point of contact for our customers.
• Order Wizard: Process orders over the phone and update client information while keeping it fun.
