Full Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and experienced virtual assistant to manage our vacation rental properties across multiple platforms. Our properties are located in Cancun, and we want to ensure maximum exposure and smooth operations.

Experience managing vacation rentals in Cancun or the Riviera Maya is a plus.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage listings on Airbnb, Expedia, and other vacation rental platforms.
• Coordinate bookings, guest communication, and inquiries across all platforms.
• Schedule and oversee local cleaning and maintenance services.
• Assist with marketing strategies and ensure all listings are optimized for visibility.
• Utilize property management software (e.g., Zoho or a recommended alternative) to streamline operations and keep everything organized.
• Handle longer-term rentals (1-4 months) and adjust listings accordingly
• Real Estate experience is preferred

Job Requirements

Prior experience with multi-platform vacation rental management.

Strong English communication skills; Spanish is a plus.

Familiarity with property management tools (e.g., Zoho or other recommended systems).

Ability to work independently and proactively.
