We are a growing insurance company seeking highly motivated, detail-oriented Virtual Assistants to join our remote team. We have multiple openings across several departments. Whether you have a background in customer service, sales, operations support, team leadership, or training — we want to hear from you. All positions are full-time, 40 hours per week, and 100% remote.
Customer Care Representative,-Handle inbound inquiries from policyholders via phone, email, and chat. Assist clients with policy questions, coverage details, and renewals, Resolve complaints and escalate complex issues appropriately, Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, Deliver a professional, empathetic experience at every touchpoint
Operations Support Specialist - Provide backend administrative and operational support to the team, Process policy documents, claims correspondence, and data entry. Coordinate between departments to ensure smooth workflows, Assist with research, reporting, and scheduling, Manage emails, follow-ups, and internal communication
Requirements

Requirements:
Language — required Advanced fluency in both English and Spanish (written and spoken) is mandatory for all roles
Minimum 2 years in a relevant role (customer service, sales, admin, training, or team lead)
Availability - Able to work US business hours (Eastern time Zone)
Tech setup - Reliable high speed internet, computer, headset, and quiet workspace
Industry knowledge - Insurance background preferred; willing to train the right candida
