Job Responsibilities

• Create and manage templated websites in GoHighLevel
• Update and organize contacts, pipelines, and client accounts
• Ensure automations (SMS, email, workflows) are active and working
• Answer client questions via phone, SMS, or WhatsApp in a professional manner
• Fufill new clients using step-by-step SOPs
• Test websites, forms, calendars, and links before launch
• Track tasks and meet assigned deadlines
• Report issues or errors clearly and on time
• Keep client systems clean, organized, and updated
