We are a nationwide Master Agent for Spectrum, the second largest Internet Company in the USA. We on-board and manage Partners who want to sell Internet, TV, Home Phone and Wireless services! We provide field and phone support to our partners. We train our partners on our products and sales techniques to better sell our products. We put Sales plans together to help our partners grow and make more sales all while staying within Spectrums guidelines. We help our partners with their marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Bing Ads, etc), and SEO Optimization.

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Virtual Assistant – Marketing Manager to lead and manage our digital marketing efforts. This fully remote position is ideal for someone with a strong background in online marketing who can take ownership of campaigns across multiple platforms. You’ll be responsible for driving traffic, generating leads, and enhancing brand visibility through effective ad campaigns, email marketing, and website management.

Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Google Ads Management:
• Develop and execute Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, and YouTube)
• Monitor performance, optimize bidding strategies, and improve ROI
• Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis
• Facebook Ads Management:
• Create and manage targeted Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns
• A/B test creatives and audiences to maximize engagement and conversions
• Track ad performance and provide regular reports
• Email & SMS Campaigns:
• Set up and manage email and text blast marketing campaigns
• Write compelling content and segment contact lists for personalized outreach
• Analyze engagement and conversion metrics for continuous improvement
• Website Maintenance & Updates:
• Perform routine updates to ensure the website is current and functional
• Add new content, update product/service pages, and improve user experience
• Coordinate with web developers when needed for backend changes

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in digital marketing, specifically with Google Ads and Facebook Ads
• Familiarity with platforms like Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Constant Contact, or similar
• Basic knowledge of WordPress, Wix, or other CMS platforms
• Excellent written communication and copywriting skills
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Preferred Skills:

• Graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.)
• Experience with CRM and automation tools
• Familiarity with SEO basics
• Comfortable working in a startup or fast-paced environment
