Di Lorenzo Soccer Mindset is looking for a detail-oriented, tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to support daily operations, client communication, and system management. This role plays a key part in ensuring a smooth experience for our athletes and families while keeping our internal systems organized and automated.This position requires strong hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) and Zapier, especially building, updating, and troubleshooting workflows and automations.
Manage and maintain GoHighLevel (GHL), including creating, updating, and troubleshooting workflows and automations
Build and manage Zapier integrations connecting multiple platforms and systems
Perform basic setup and management of GHL sub-accounts when needed
Communicate with clients via email and SMS, ensuring timely and professional responses
Support clients throughout their subscription to DSM programs
Manage client support and messaging inside the Trainerize app, including:
Follow up on and resolve client support tickets efficiently
Gather, organize, and maintain accurate data across systems (GHL, Airtable, etc.)
Create, update, and document SOPs for new and existing processes
Collaborate closely with the internal operations team to ensure smooth workflows
Attend team meetings and coaching calls via Slack and Zoom
Proactively identify and suggest process improvements to increase efficiency
