We are a growing AI-powered software development company working with founders and businesses on custom software, automation, and
digital transformation projects.
We are looking for a high-level Virtual Assistant who combines operational discipline with strong social media marketing execution. This role supports the
CEO across operations, CRM, and visibility efforts while owning the planning, creation, and publishing of social media content across LinkedIn and other
platforms.
This is not a passive admin role. This is a visibility and execution role.
The Virtual Assistant will play a critical role in supporting the CEO and management team while managing our social media
presence. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, marketing-aware, and comfortable turning ideas into structured content.
1. Social Media Strategy & Content Creation (Primary
Growth Lever)
- Plan and manage weekly social media content calendar
- Create original posts for LinkedIn and other platforms based on CEO ideas,
projects, and positioning
- Repurpose blog posts, newsletters, case studies, and testimonials into social
content
- Write engaging captions focused on authority, clarity, and lead generation
- Coordinate basic graphic design using Canva or similar tools
- Schedule and publish content
- Track performance metrics and recommend improvements
- Suggest content angles aligned with our ICP and sales strategy
2. Networking & Opportunity Support
- Research and identify high-quality networking events
- Vet events based on relevance and deal potential
- Handle registrations, reminders, and calendar blocking
- Track events attended and contacts made
- Coordinate follow-ups after events
3. Executive & Calendar Support
- Manage scheduling and rescheduling
- Keep the calendar realistic and strategically aligned
- Prepare short context notes before meetings
- Maintain weekly priority lists
4. CRM & Operations Hygiene (Zoho CRM)
- Maintain accurate contact and deal records
- Log interactions and notes
- Track follow-ups and deal stages
- Flag stalled conversations
- Ensure no opportunity is lost due to process gaps
5. Client Communication Support
- Send onboarding and follow-up emails
- Chase missing information or approvals
- Ensure clients always know next steps
-Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or Content Manager
- Strong copywriting skills in English
- Ability to write authority-driven, professional B2B content
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Proactive and comfortable flagging issues
- Comfortable managing multiple workflows
- CRM experience (Zoho preferred)
