HIRING: Virtual Assistant – Payroll, Real Estate Admin & Office Support
Position: Virtual Assistant (Full-Time)
Work Hours:
Monday–Thursday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST
Friday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM EST
Pay: $8 per hour (USD)
Long-term position – stable work – growing U.S. real estate company
About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized Virtual Assistant with excellent English and real estate experience. You will handle payroll support, real estate closing paperwork, phone routing, email management, bank deposit organization, and general administrative tasks. This role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and professional communication.
Responsibilities
Payroll & Finance Support
Assist with weekly/bi-weekly payroll preparation.
Review timesheets, hours, and commission details.
Organize and track daily bank deposits.
Maintain payroll and payment logs in spreadsheets.
Real Estate Administration
Prepare, organize, and track real estate closing documents.
Coordinate with attorneys, agents, lenders, and title companies.
Maintain clean digital transaction folders and checklists.
Communication
Answer incoming phone calls professionally.
Direct calls to the correct person or take accurate messages.
Monitor emails throughout the day and respond or forward as needed.
Keep inboxes organized and follow up on open items.
General Administrative Support
Maintain organized digital filing systems.
Update Excel / Google Sheets for tracking and reporting.
Assist management with daily office tasks and special projects.
Handle confidential information with discretion.
