Who You Are

You are a reliable, organized, and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant who enjoys helping businesses stay efficient and well organized.You communicate clearly and confidently, especially on the phone, and you are comfortable interacting with customers in a professional and friendly manner.

A key part of this role involves taking and making phone calls with customers, so strong verbal English proficiency is essential.You are proactive, detail-oriented, and able to follow systems while managing tasks independently in a remote environment.You are also comfortable working with modern collaboration and productivity tools such as Notion, Slack, Loom, and Google Workspace

Job Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include:

Customer Communication

• Answering incoming phone calls from customers
• Making outbound calls to follow up with leads and clients
• Responding to customer inquiries and messages
• Scheduling appointments and confirming bookings

Administrative & Operational Support

• Managing and organizing inbox communications
• Updating CRM and customer records
• Data entry and maintaining organized records
• Supporting day-to-day business operations

Team Collaboration

• Communicating with the team using Slack
• Managing tasks and documentation using Notion
• Recording and reviewing instructions and training through Loom

Job Requirements

We are looking for candidates who have:

• Strong verbal English proficiency (very important)
• Clear and confident phone communication skills
• Strong written English
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and stay organized
• Reliable internet connection
• Comfortable learning and using new technology

Experience with the following tools is a plus:

• Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Drive)
• Notion
• Slack
• Loom
• CRM systems
• AI tools such as ChatGPT

*Previous experience working as a Virtual Assistant, administrative assistant, or customer support representative is preferred but not required.
