Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable, organized, and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to assist with customer service, sales, scheduling, and daily operations. This role is critical to ensuring smooth communication between clients, cleaners, and management while delivering a high-quality customer experience.

This is a remote position with opportunities for growth and performance bonuses.

Preferred Experience

• Customer service or sales experience
• Experience with CRMs or scheduling software
• Experience using tools such as:
  • BookingKoala
  • OpenPhone
  • Discord
  • GoHighLevel (GHL)
  • Google Workspace

Schedule

• Monday - Thursday 4-8PM Sat & Sunday 8-5PM
• Flexible shifts available depending on role
• Evening and weekend availability is a plus

Compensation

• Hourly pay based on experience

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls, texts, and emails from clients
• Convert leads into booked cleaning appointments
• Handle customer inquiries and follow-ups professionally
• Schedule and manage appointments through BookingKoala
• Coordinate with cleaning teams regarding schedules and updates
• Assist with client satisfaction follow-ups and review requests
• Manage daily operations and support administrative tasks
• Update job notes, customer information, and internal systems
• Follow up with estimates, quotes, and recurring service opportunities
• Assist with Facebook group marketing and lead generation
• Maintain strong communication with management and team members
