OneTouch Cleaners is hiring a highly motivated and experienced Virtual Assistant to join our growing team. We are looking for someone who is confident on the phone, highly organized, tech-savvy, and able to handle both sales and daily operations.
This is NOT an entry-level position. You must have excellent English communication skills, strong sales ability, and experience handling scheduling and customer service.

Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls and convert leads into booked cleanings
Follow up with warm leads via phone, text, and email
Manage daily cleaning schedules and coordinate with cleaners
Handle reschedules, cancellations, and client communication
Ensure jobs are properly assigned and confirmed
Assist with operations and problem-solving throughout the day
Respond to customer inquiries professionally and quickly
Maintain excellent customer service and booking conversion rates
Work with platforms such as BookingKoala, OpenPhone, Discord, and Google Sheets
Requirements
ADVANCED English speaking and writing skills (MUST)
Strong sales and objection handling skills
Experience with customer service and scheduling
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace
Comfortable using CRMs, scheduling software, and communication tools
Must be proactive, professional, and dependable
