The Virtual Assistant (VA) position is an ideal role for a candidate interested in growing their career in executive support within the real estate and property management industry. The VA will provide direct support to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) with day-to-day duties including, but not limited to, schedule management, communication handling, data inputting, report preparation, and general administrative tasks. An ideal candidate for the VA role would have strong proficiency in virtual communication and organization tools, and experience in drafting leasing, contracts, and other legally binding correspondence.
