Full Job Description

We are a nationwide Master Agent for Spectrum, the second largest Internet Company in the USA. We on-board and manage Partners who want to sell Internet, TV, Home Phone and Wireless services! We provide field and phone support to our partners. We train our partners on our products and sales techniques to better sell our products. We put Sales plans together to help our partners grow and make more sales all while staying within Spectrums guidelines. We help our partners with their marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Bing Ads, etc), and SEO Optimization.

We’re looking for a talented and analytical Website & SEO Specialist to join our team and take the lead on optimizing our digital presence. This role is perfect for someone who’s passionate about websites, understands SEO strategy, and knows how to turn traffic into leads. You’ll be responsible for managing and improving our website while driving organic growth through search engine optimization.

Job Responsibilities

Website Management:

• Maintain and update website content regularly (text, images, blogs, products/services, etc.)
• Ensure site is fast, secure, mobile-friendly, and easy to navigate
• Collaborate with designers/developers for larger structural updates or technical fixes
• Monitor uptime, page speed, and user experience
• Track and resolve bugs, broken links, and performance issues

Search Engine Optimization:

• Conduct keyword research to guide content and optimization strategy
• Optimize website structure, metadata, headings, and on-page elements
• Monitor and improve domain authority, page rankings, and organic traffic
• Set up and maintain Google Search Console and Google Analytics (GA4)
• Create SEO reports with insights and actionable improvements
• Build backlinks and develop strategies for off-page SEO

Job Requirements

Requirements:

• Proven experience in website management and SEO strategy
• Familiarity with platforms like WordPress, Wix, Shopify, Squarespace, etc.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS basics and technical SEO concepts
• Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz
• Ability to perform SEO audits and implement solutions
• Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
• Self-starter attitude with excellent time management

Preferred Skills:

• Understanding of UI/UX principles
• Experience with schema markup and structured data
• Ability to create or edit landing pages and basic web design skills (Canva, Figma, Adobe XD)
• Familiarity with blog content strategy and copywriting best practices
• Bonus: Experience with local SEO (Google Business Profile, reviews, citations)
