We are a nationwide Master Agent for Spectrum, the second largest Internet Company in the USA. We on-board and manage Partners who want to sell Internet, TV, Home Phone and Wireless services! We provide field and phone support to our partners. We train our partners on our products and sales techniques to better sell our products. We put Sales plans together to help our partners grow and make more sales all while staying within Spectrums guidelines. We help our partners with their marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Bing Ads, etc), and SEO Optimization.

We’re looking for a highly detail-oriented and tech-savvy Zapier Manager to streamline and automate our business workflows. If you live and breathe automation, love connecting tools, and enjoy solving operational bottlenecks, this role is for you.

As our Zapier Manager, you’ll be responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing automated workflows using Zapier across various platforms and departments. Your work will improve efficiency, reduce manual tasks, and enhance data accuracy across the organization.


Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and maintain efficient and reliable Zapier workflows (Zaps)
  • Audit and troubleshoot existing Zaps to ensure consistent performance
  • Integrate various platforms such as CRMs, email marketing tools, Google Workspace, e-commerce platforms, social media tools, and more
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, operations, and support teams to understand automation needs and deliver tailored solutions
  • Maintain detailed documentation of workflows, logic, and processes
  • Monitor error logs and respond promptly to automation failures
  • Recommend and implement improvements to workflow logic and efficiency


Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience managing advanced workflows in Zapier (certification a plus)
  • Deep familiarity with API-based tools, webhooks, and conditional logic
  • Experience working with tools like Airtable, Slack, Trello, Google Sheets, CRMs, and email marketing platforms
  • Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):

  • Experience with Make (Integromat), Pabbly, or other automation tools
  • Basic scripting knowledge (JavaScript, Python)
  • Familiarity with database or CRM management
  • Experience working in SaaS or fast-growing startups
