CAM Physical Therapy and Wellness Services LLC is seeking a highly professional, bilingual Virtual Front Desk Coordinator to support our seven physical therapy clinics across Maryland. This role is critical to our patient experience and requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage a fast-paced phone environment remotely.

This is not a casual call-center role. You will serve as the first point of contact for patients and must represent our clinics with professionalism, warmth, and accuracy at all times.


Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Patient Communication & Phone Management

  • Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally
  • Communicate clearly and confidently in English and Spanish
  • Provide accurate information regarding services, locations, and next steps

Scheduling & Coordination

  • Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments
  • Coordinate schedules across multiple clinic locations
  • Accurately document patient interactions in scheduling/EHR systems

Virtual Front Desk Support

  • Support patient check-in workflows in coordination with on-site teams
  • Verify patient demographics and insurance information as required
  • Communicate schedule changes or urgent issues to clinic staff

Administrative Duties

  • Data entry and record maintenance
  • Follow established workflows and front desk protocols
  • Maintain high accuracy and organization while multitasking

Job Requirements

Required Qualifications (Please Read Carefully)

  • Fluent in BOTH English and Spanish (verbal & written) – REQUIRED
  • Prior experience in healthcare, medical office, or front desk role
  • Strong phone presence and professional communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and reliability
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Comfortable working with multiple systems simultaneously

Technical & Work Requirements

  • Reliable high-speed internet
  • Two monitors using Windows-based computers (NO Apple/Mac products)
  • Webcam required – camera must be ON while answering patient calls
  • Quiet, professional home workspace

Work Schedule (EST – Non-Negotiable)

Full-Time: 40 hours per week

  • Monday & Tuesday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  • Wednesday & Thursday: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM
  • Friday: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
