What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking our next Client Manager (CM)—a remote, client-facing role that ensures Montessori schools get the world-class service and results they deserve. This is a full-time, work-from-anywhere position supporting a portfolio of schools. The right candidate is highly systems-driven, organized, and process-oriented. You love details, follow-through, and making sure nothing slips through the cracks. You bring calm, clarity, and strategy to every client interaction and take pride in helping school leaders feel supported and confident in their marketing.
Salary & Growth Opportunities:
Starting salary: $1,400/month
You’ll be matched with a portfolio of Montessori schools to support consistently
Full training in our systems, with mentorship from experienced team leads
Evaluations based on attention to detail, client satisfaction, and consistent follow-through
Future Opportunities: We’re growing quickly. CMs who excel will have opportunities to specialize in areas of interest (ads, enrollment, operations), expand their portfolio, or step into leadership roles as we continue to grow.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Client Relationship Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for Montessori school clients
Build strong, trusted relationships through proactive communication and thoughtful support
Lead regular client meetings to review progress, gather feedback, and make strategic recommendations
Project & Account Management
Oversee all aspects of client projects, including CRM setups, website builds, design requests, and advertising campaigns
Ensure timely delivery and top-quality execution in collaboration with internal teams
Track milestones, manage scope, and provide clear updates to clients and the team
Follow established systems and processes to guarantee consistency and efficiency
Strategic Marketing Guidance
Understand each school’s goals and Montessori values to propose tailored marketing strategies
Partner with ad specialists to design and oversee impactful campaigns on Google and Meta
Help clients maximize our full suite of services for enrollment and community growth
Performance & Reporting
Review key metrics and prepare clear, client-friendly reports
Present insights and actionable recommendations
Ensure all initiatives stay aligned with client objectives
Problem Solving & Retention
Address client concerns quickly, thoughtfully, and with solutions in mind
Proactively identify opportunities for growth and additional services
Drive renewals and maintain strong retention through exceptional service
Team Collaboration & Process Excellence
Work cross-functionally with web, design, content, and ad teams to deliver seamless solutions
Keep project records accurate and organized for transparency and continuity
Lead onboarding using standardized procedures to create a smooth, professional client experience
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
Deep appreciation and understanding of Montessori education principles
Prior experience managing multiple clients and marketing projects
Strong project management and organizational skills
Digital marketing knowledge (Google Ads, Meta Ads, CRMs, websites)
Highly systems-driven and process-oriented mindset
Proactive problem solver who thrives on collaboration
