Job Responsibilities

Call vendors/customers for updates and

scheduling·        

Schedule deliveries & installations (EST

hours)·        

Manage email inbox + follow-ups·        

Organize files (Dropbox/Google Drive)·        

Create purchase orders (training provided)


Job Requirements

Must live in Colombia·        

Excellent English (spoken & written) +

Spanish·        

Comfortable making/receiving phone calls·        

Available U.S. Eastern Hours (8am–6pm)·        

Organized, proactive, and detail‑oriented
