We are seeking a versatile Web Developer & Graphic Designer to support both our internal brand and client-facing initiatives. This hybrid role is ideal for a creative and technically skilled professional who can design compelling visual assets while also building, maintaining, and optimizing WordPress websites. You’ll play a key role in shaping digital experiences, ensuring visual consistency, and delivering high-performing websites and marketing assets across multiple platforms—particularly within the automotive marketing space.
Design and develop creative assets for internal marketing and client needs, including social media graphics, blog visuals, banners, website mockups, brand assets for video editing, and digital advertisements.
Create client-facing design deliverables such as:
DRA frames, event frames, website sliders, monthly offer ads
Postcards, brochures, flyers, cards, newsletters
Banners, billboards, Amazon ads, and special design requests
Build, customize, and maintain WordPress websites using Elementor, ensuring responsive, user-friendly, and visually cohesive designs.
Develop and manage website architecture, themes, plugins, and third-party integrations.
Monitor, test, and optimize website performance using tools such as GTMetrix, Google PageSpeed Insights, or equivalent platforms.
Conduct pre- and post-launch website performance testing and ongoing monitoring.
Perform regular website maintenance, including updates, backups, security enhancements, DNS management, and speed optimization.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues such as broken links, redirects, spam, and performance errors.
Create and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistent visual identity across all digital and print platforms.
Collaborate with the Client Success Management (CSM) team and internal stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions aligned with business and client goals.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Stay current on design trends, development best practices, and emerging tools.
Required
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer and WordPress Developer, or in a comparable hybrid role.
Strong portfolio demonstrating both design work (digital and print) and web development projects.
High proficiency with WordPress and Elementor Page Builder.
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
Solid understanding of front-end development, website architecture, and responsive design.
Experience with website performance optimization and debugging tools (e.g., Chrome Inspector, Firebug).
Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines independently.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and time-management skills.
Preferred
Experience working in an agency or automotive marketing environment.
Experience creating and maintaining brand guidelines.
Familiarity with SEO best practices and technical SEO.
Experience developing custom WordPress themes or plugins.
Experience designing assets for paid media and digital advertising.
