Full Job Description

Local Launchpad is a fast-growing UK agency that helps local service businesses dominate Google through high-converting websites, SEO and Google Business Profile optimisation.

We launched in June and have already signed 8 paying clients in our first month (with more joining every week). Every part of our delivery process has been systemised using AI, custom software and detailed SOPs.

We're looking for a Website Delivery Specialist to become a key member of our team and help us deliver exceptional websites as we continue to grow.

This isn't a typical virtual assistant role. You won't be writing website copy or speaking with clients. Instead, you'll use our proven systems to build high-quality websites inside GoHighLevel, ensuring every project is completed accurately, on time and to an exceptional standard.

Compensation:

We pay per completed website, not per hour.

Current pricing:

• Websites up to 40 pages = $90 USD
• Every additional 10 pages = +$10 USD

• Examples:40 pages = $90
• 50 pages = $100
• 60 pages = $110
• 80 pages = $130
• 100 pages = $150

As we continue improving our systems, you'll be able to complete projects faster while keeping the same pricing structure.

Performance Bonuses

Speed Bonus: Complete a website within 48 hours of it being assigned, while maintaining our quality standards, and you'll receive a 25% bonus for that project. Quality always comes first .If work needs significant revisions, the bonus won't apply.

Growth Bonus: Our goal is to reach £10,000/month recurring revenue before December 30th. If we achieve that goal, everyone who played a significant role in getting us there will receive a $1,000 - 2,000 performance bonus. If we hit the goal early… the bonus gets paid early.

This is fast paced environment and is not for someone looking to work a few hours a day 5 days a week, you have to work the odd weekend and the days can be long but the beauty is I can give you as much work as you can take on, as things ramp up expect to be earning anywhere from $2000 - $3000/month I look forward to hearing from you.

Job Responsibilities

As a Website Delivery Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

• Building websites inside GoHighLevel using our proven snapshot.
• Copying AI-generated website content into the correct pages.
• Replacing placeholder content with client-specific information.
• Sourcing high-quality, relevant images that accurately represent each client's business.
• Resizing, compressing and optimising images for fast website performance.
• Completing quality assurance checks before submitting websites for review.
• Following our detailed SOPs and Loom video training.
• Managing your own workload and consistently meeting project deadlines.
• Flagging any issues or missing information before delivery.
• Continuously looking for ways to improve quality and efficiency throughout the delivery process.

Job Requirements

We're looking for someone who:

• Has excellent written and spoken English.
• Has exceptional attention to detail and naturally notices mistakes that others miss.
• Can follow detailed processes and SOPs without cutting corners.
• Is highly organised and able to manage multiple projects at once.
• Can work independently and consistently hit deadlines.
• Takes genuine pride in producing high-quality work.
• Is comfortable using AI tools and learning new software.
• Has reliable internet and a suitable computer for remote work.

• Previous experience with GoHighLevel.
• Basic understanding of SEO.
• Experience sourcing and editing website images.
• Experience working as a Virtual Assistant or Website Production Specialist.
