Weekend customer Service representative

Full Job Description

We are seeking dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to join our after-hours team. Our CSRs serve as the first point of contact for homeowners, handling inbound and outbound calls related to Roofing, HVAC, and Solar inquiries. In addition to providing exceptional customer service, CSRs will support the back-office team with various administrative tasks.

We are hiring for after-hours shifts:

• Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday: 10am-4pm EST
• Saturday & Sunday: 2pm-9pm EST

Job Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls to homeowners regarding Roofing, HVAC, and Solar services.
• Provide professional, friendly, and knowledgeable customer support.
• Gather essential homeowner information and schedule service appointments.
• Assist the back-office team with administrative tasks as needed.
• Accurately document customer interactions and maintain detailed records.
• Troubleshoot basic inquiries and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
• Follow company policies and scripts to ensure consistency in service quality.

• Previous customer service experience (call center experience is a plus).
• Strong verbal communication skills with a professional and empathetic approach.
• Comfortable handling both inbound and outbound calls.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and document interactions efficiently.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in CRM or call center software (preferred).
• Team player with a strong work ethic and a customer-first mindset.
