We’re looking for a Virtual Leasing Assistant to support the leasing and customer service operations for our portfolio of single-family rental homes. This remote position focuses on managing leads, coordinating leasing activities, and providing excellent communication and support to prospective and current residents — all virtually.The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, and motivated to deliver outstanding service while working independently in a remote environment.
Manage and respond promptly to leasing inquiries through email, phone, and online platforms.
Track and follow up on leads from marketing campaigns and self-showing systems.
Post and update property listings across rental platforms and social media.
Screen and process rental applications according to company policies.
Prepare digital lease agreements and ensure all required documentation is complete.
Coordinate virtual move-in orientations and assist with onboarding new residents.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in property management software.
Provide professional, friendly, and timely communication to current and future residents.
Experience: At least 2 years in leasing, property management, or real estate support (remote experience preferred).
Communication: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Organization: Strong attention to detail, multitasking ability, and reliable time management.
Technology: Proficient with property management platforms, CRM tools, Google Workspace or Microsoft Office, and virtual communication tools (Zoom, Slack, etc.).
Customer Service: Passionate about providing exceptional client and resident support.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
Certifications: Fair Housing Certification (or willingness to obtain).
