Location: Remote (EST Time one)

Salary Range: up to 3000 USD

Work Schedule: 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM EST (Flexible Hours)

Ideal Candidate Profile:

We are seeking a skilled and innovative WordPress Designer & Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for both back-end and front-end development, including creating WordPress themes and plugins as well as site integration and security updates. Moreover, you will work closely with our creative team to design and implement attractive, user-friendly websites that meet client specifications.

Job Responsibilities

• Design and develop website architecture to accomplish the company or client's goals.
• Customize WordPress themes and plugins to create unique, engaging websites.
• Implement responsive design to ensure a seamless user experience across devices.
• Maintain and optimize websites for high performance, speed, and scalability.
• Ensure clean, scalable code and follow best practices for maintainable applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve website issues and implement security measures.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and project managers to deliver high-quality products.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and WordPress updates.
• Conduct website performance tests and optimize accordingly.
• Manage all website updates and provide technical support as needed.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience as a WordPress Developer.
• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
• Experience with responsive and adaptive design.
• Familiarity with website design and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Strong understanding of website security practices.
• Experience with debugging tools like Chrome Inspector and Firebug.
• Knowledge of front-end and back-end website development.
• Ability to convert comprehensive layout and wireframes into working HTML pages.
• Strong understanding of the entire web development process, including design, development, and deployment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
