Job Description:

As a WordPress Web Specialist, you will play a key role in the creation, customization, and

optimization of WordPress websites for small businesses. You will collaborate with our project

managers, designers, and content creators to ensure cohesive, well-functioning, and aesthetically

pleasing websites that meet client expectations.

Job Responsibilities

● Assist in the creation and customization of WordPress websites for small businesses

● Conduct thorough testing to ensure website compatibility across various devices and browsers

● Implement SEO best practices in website design and structure to improve search engine visibility

● Customize themes and plugins to meet client requirements, enhancing both functionality and aesthetics

● Work closely with project managers, designers, and content creators to deliver cohesive, well-functioning websites

● Optimize websites for performance, including site speed and mobile responsiveness

Job Requirements

● At least 2 years of proven experience working on WordPress websites (a portfolio is preferred)

● Proficiency in customizing WordPress themes and plugins

● Experience with drag-and-drop builders such as Elementor

● Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

● Strong understanding of responsive design principles and SEO best practices

● Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality websites

● Ability to conduct thorough testing to ensure websites function across various devices and browsers

● Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to work effectively with project teams
