Degree in Human Resources Administration with a postgraduate degree in Labor Law, with more than 20 years of experience in the area.
Plan, direct and control the various HR subsystems. Participate in organizational strategies for the growth of the Institution. Develop and execute policies.
Direct, control and manage the formulation of policies, projects, plans and programs related to Recruitment, Search and Selection and Induction.
Ensure compliance with current labor regulations and carry out follow-up activities to control and apply them. Act as a representative and participate in the union negotiations of the Organization and in the prevention of possible disagreements, in those cases that are approved by the respective authorities.
